Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, developing relationships with prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product team to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Engage prospects and clients in product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities and progress
- Work closely with the product team to stay informed about product updates, features, and pricing changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after the sale is closed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve sales performance and processes
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and clients
- Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and achieving goals
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes is a plus
Working Conditions:
- This is an inside sales position, which means that you will primarily work in an office setting, but may occasionally travel to attend conferences or meet with clients.
- The role may require working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones or urgent sales opportunities.
